Poneke Dojo – Opening March 5th 2011

Better Than Brunch
Tuesday morning’s Fighting Fit class went off well, with some new faces attending – it was good to see you guys there!
If you can’t get enough of your fight-focused fitness class, don’t forget that there’s also the Saturday morning sessions (returning as of this Saturday 23 January, 9.30am).
What we’re up to!
The new place is coming along nicely thanks to some impressive hours put in by an impressive bunch of students, parents, husbands and friends!
